By accessing and using the Intelephone AI service provided by Intelephone, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

No license or right to use any intellectual property is granted under these Terms, except for the limited right to access and use the Intelephone AI service as specified herein.

All payment transactions related to Intelephone AI services will be handled through Zoho. Users are responsible for complying with Zoho's terms and conditions for payment processing.

Users are granted a limited right to access and use the Intelephone AI service in accordance with the specified terms. Unauthorized use or access is strictly prohibited.

Intelephone AI respects user privacy. Data collected during service usage will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the provincial and federal courts located in Ontario.

Intelephone AI reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of such changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
